中药治疗儿童睡眠障碍的疗效观察

目的：观察中药颗粒剂治疗儿童睡眠障碍的疗效。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为观察组30例（根据辨证选用中药颗粒剂治疗）和对照组30例（选用与中药颗粒剂配方相同的中药煎剂）,用睡眠障碍改善有效率和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及儿童睡眠紊乱量表指数进行疗效评定。结果：两组患儿治疗后睡眠质量均有显著改善,改善有效率无显著差异（P〉0.05）;而且治疗后两组匹兹堡评分及睡眠紊乱量表指数评分均减少,两组间评分比较无显著差异P〉0.05。结论：中药颗粒剂与中药水煎剂效果相同,能够降低失眠患者匹兹堡评分及睡眠紊乱量表指数评分,从而提高患者的生活质量,颗粒剂携带及服用方便,口感较好,可增加患者服药依从性,缩短疗程。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Children with Sleep Disorders

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine granules on children suffering from sleep disorders. Method ：60 cases met the research standard were divided into two groups：one group for observation （30 cases） and the other 30 for comparison（ the same formula as the granular medicine）. The effect was evaluated by effective rate of sleep disorder improvement, Pittsburg sleep quality index and the sleep disturbance scale for children. Result：Both groups of children had obviously better sleep after the treatments. There was no obvious difference between the improvement effective rates of the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In addition, the score of PSQI and sleep disorder index reduced after the treatment. Both groups had closed results after the assessment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine granules has the same effect as traditional Chinese medicine decoction. It can reduce the score of PSQI and sleep disorder scale index, and thus improve the patients＂ quality of life. It is easy to take and tastes good, so patients will like to follow the instruction. It can also shorten the treatment period.
