玻璃酸钠联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

目的：评估玻璃酸钠联合中药外治在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的应用价值。方法：2008年9月—2011年6月,门诊共收集膝关节骨性炎患者54例共70膝,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组27例33膝行单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,治疗组27例37系行玻璃酸钠联合中药熏洗治疗,根据治疗前、治疗后及治疗后6个月VAS疼痛评分,膝关节功能Lysholm评分及临床治愈率对比评估两组治疗效果。结果：试验组和对照组VAS评分、膝关节功能Lysholm评分治疗后及治疗后6个月与治疗前比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后6个月治疗组VAS评分及Lysholm评分改善程度与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后治疗组临床有效率96.2%,对照组92.5%,两组有效率具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药薰药配合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗和单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节注射治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎均可取的一定疗效,但中药熏药配合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎更好改善早期症状及巩固远期疗效。

Evaluate the Clinical Outcome of Kaoru Chinese Medicine Treatment with Sodium Hyaluronate in Knee-joint Osteoarthritis

Objective：To assess the sodium hyaluronate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：2008.9--2011.6,54 patients with 70 knees bone inflammation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group of 27 patients of 33 knees to accepted sodium hyaluronate injection therapy, the treatment group 27 patients of 37 knees treated by sodium hyaluronate combined with traditional Chinese med- icine fumigation treatment, according to the pre - treatment, after treatment and after treatment 6 months, The VAS pain score, Lysholm score of knee function and clinical cure rate was collected to assess the effect of treatment in both groups. Results ：Both of the experimental group and control group,The VAS scores and knee function Lysholm score after treatment and 6 months after treatment compared with before treatment, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0 05）. 6 months after treatment , VAS score and Lysholm score improvement of treatment group compared with control group , there was signifi- cant difference （ P 〈 0 05 ）. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group,96.5 %, and 92.5 % of the control group, two groups with significant efficiency difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Both the treatment of Kaoru Chinese medicine with knee joint injection o f sodium hyaluronate and the simple injection of sodium hyaluronate have good results to knee - joint osteoarthritis. But the treatment of Kaoru Chinese medicine w ithknee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate c is better to im- prove the early symptoms and consolidate the longterm efficacy.
