山药超微粉和饮片量效关系研究

摘    要:目的:通过对山药超微粉体外溶出度和药效学研究确定其量效关系。方法:采用浆法测定山药超微粉体外溶出度,以尿囊素为指标用HPLC测定药物累积溶出率;结合体外溶出度及药效学实验确定山药超微粉的量效关系。结果:溶出度实验显示山药超微粉体外累积溶出率相与普通粉相当,显著高于临床煎煮也。药效学实验表明山药超微粉各剂量在提高环磷酰胺所致的免疫低下均有显著疗效,各剂量间呈现出量效关系,且超微粉1/6剂量与临床煎煮剂量疗效相当。结论:饮片经超微粉碎后体外溶出度较临床煎煮浸膏其有效成分溶出得到显著提高,同时增强药效,提示;临床可减少用药剂量。

Abstract:Objective :To study the dose -effect of yam uhrafine external dissolution rate and pharmacodynamics. Methods: Slurry method and HPLC were used to study the external dissolution rate of yam uhrafine. Combination of the in vitro dissolu- tion and pharmacodynamical experiments was carried on to determine the dose - effect relationship of yam ultrafine. Results : The external dissolution rate study showed that the cumulative dissolution rate of yam ultrafine equaled to the ordinary powder, more than the decocted fluid. Pharmacodynamic experiments showed lhere were significant curative effects for low immunity due to injection of cyclophosphamide,meanwhile showed a dose - effect relationship between each dose and one sixth of ultrafine had the same efficacy as the clinical decocted fluid. Conclusion : Application of superfine cormninution technique in yam signif- icantly increased the external dissolution rate and efficacy, suggestting the reduced dosage of herb in clinic.
