补肾通络方联合甲氨喋呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

自拟补肾通络方联合甲氨喋呤（MTX）治疗寒湿痹阻型活动期RA40例,与同期以MTX治疗的寒湿痹阻型活动期RA40例对照。治疗6周后,中医症候疗效判定治疗组总有效率为71.1%,对照组为43.6%;临床综合疗效判定治疗组总有效率为86.8%,对照组为69.2%;ACR20%改善率治疗组为84.2%,对照组为64.1%;不良反应发生率治疗组为15.79%,对照组为35.9%;两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗12w后,中医症候疗效判定治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为87.1%;临床综合疗效判定治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为82.1%;ACR20%改善率治疗组为94.7%,对照组为79.5%;不良反应发生率治疗组为18.42%,对照组为40.03%;两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾通络方联合MTX治疗寒湿痹阻型活动期RA疗效显著;起效快,毒、副反应少,不良反应发生率低。

Combined with Methotrexatum for Treating the Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis

The Bushen Tongluo fang combined with Methotrexatum treat the acute Rheumatoid Arthritis 40 case,with the same period of treatment with MTX RA40 cases of the same type as control group.After the treatment of six weeks,the effective rate of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine of the treat group was 71.1% while the control group 43.6%;the effective rate of comprehensive clinical symptoms of the treat group was 86.8% while the control group 69.2%;the effective rate of ACR20% of the treat group was 84.2% while the control group 64.1%;the rate of adverse reactions of the treat group was 15.79% while the control group 35.9%;,we can see that the total effect has obvious difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the treatment of Twelve weeks,the effective rate of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine of the treat group was 92.1%.while the control group 87.1%;the effective rate of comprehensive clinical symptoms of the treat group was 92.1% while the control group 82.1%;the effective rate of ACR20% of the treat group was 94.7% while the control group79.5%;the rate of adverse reactions of the treat group was 18.42% while the control group 40.03%;,we can see that the total effect has obvious difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conlusion：The clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo fang combined with Methotrexatum for treating the Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis is quite significant;Rapid onset of action,few toxicity,low rate of adverse reactions;The quality of life of patients has improved Obviously,but the Long-term effect need further reseach.
