肝气虚致阴黄证之病机与证治探析

综合古今医家对肝气（阳）虚的临床特点、病因病机的研究,分析其导致阴黄的病理机制,并总结其辨证要点与治疗原则与方法。肝气（阳）虚是肝脏功能低下的一种表现,可影响到气血、精神、消化等功能活动。肝气虚,继而胆气不足,胆汁排泄无力,积滞外溢导致黄疸外;肝气（阳）虚,脾阳不振,运化无力,也可导致胆汁积滞导致阴黄;肝阳虚,寒湿内生,气滞血瘀,胆液困阻,外溢于肌肤而发为阴黄。肝气虚必须与肝郁脾虚鉴别,肝阳虚亦须与脾阳虚、肾阳虚鉴别,它们在治疗上也各有侧重。

It is a kind of low behavior of liver function that the diseases with such symptoms with asthenia of Hepatic Qi（or Yang）, can influence such function activities as the Qi and Blood, spirit, digesting,etc. The diseases with deficiency of hepatic Qi, then asthenia of cholic Qi, it is unable that the bile is eliminated, outside overflowing stagnantly and causing the jaundice; The diseases with deficiency of hepatic Qi ,then the splenic Yang is in low spirits, it is unable to transport and melt, can cause the bile to cause stagnantly Yin Jaundice; The deficiency of hepatic Yang, cold and wet and endogenous, the blood silt of stagnation of the circulation of vital energy, being liquid tired to hinder, bile overflow in the skin and take place for being Yin Jaundice. The deficiency of Yang of liver must be distinguished with the deficiency of Yang of spleen, and card of deficiency of Yang of kidney, the three are each with particular emphasis either in treating.
