糖肾Ⅰ号对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠疗效的实验研究

目的：观察糖肾Ⅰ号方对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠的疗效。方法：通过单侧肾切除合并注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）建立早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组（SO）、模型对照组（M）、糖肾Ⅰ号组（TS）、洛汀新组（B）,每组10只。模型成功后给予不同的干预共8周,末次给药12h后,采集尿液、血液标本,观察各组大鼠的一般状况、肾重、肾重指数、血糖、肾功（Scr、BUN）等指标的变化。结果：与模型组比较,糖肾Ⅰ号治疗组肾重、血糖明显下降（P〈0.01）,血清Scr、BUN显著降低（P〈0.01）。与洛汀新组比较,各项指标无明显差异。结论：糖肾Ⅰ号可改善DN大鼠的营养状况,增加其体重,抑制肾脏肥大,降低血糖,改善肾功能,治疗效果确切。

Experimental Research on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Tangshen Ⅰ Recipe

Objective：To observe the effect of TangshenⅠRecipe（TS） decoction on the early stage diabetic nephropathy（DN） rats.Methods：Through injecting the rats were had unilateral nephrectomy streptozocin（STZ） to set up models.The rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group（SO）Model group（M）,Tangshen group（TS）,B enazeprill group（B）,n=10.Animals were sacrificed after 8 weeks,the samples of urine and blood were collected at 12 hours after the final administration. The rats were observed diet and drinking,body weight,index of kidney hypertrophy （kidney weight/body weight）,GLU,Scr BUN and so on.Results：The commonly,kindey weight,index of kidney hypertrophy ,blood glucose and Scr BUN distinctly decreased compared with the model group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：TangshenⅠRecipe has certain renal protective effect on the early stage diabetic nephropathy rats.
