参麦注射液对外伤性脑损伤大鼠血清神经元烯醇化酶 一氧化氮 内皮素水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察参麦注射液对大鼠外伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)血清神经元烯醇化酶(NSE)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)含量的影响,探讨其在治疗外伤性颅脑损伤中的作用。方法:采用Freeny自由落体撞击方法制作外伤性颅脑损伤模型,致伤后1h单次腹腔注射参麦注射液15mL/kg为治疗组(C组),腹腔注射等量生理盐水为模型组(B组),单纯开骨窗未损伤脑组织为假手术组(A组),脑损伤后6h、10h、24h及3天检测大鼠血清NSE、NO及ET-1的含量。结果:与A组比较,B组和C组NSE含量显著升高(P〈0.05),3天基本恢复正常,ET-1含量显著升高(P〈0.05),高水平持续3天,NO含量先下降24h后明显上升(P〈0.05),高水平持续至3d;与B组比较,C组NSE、ET-1含量升高减轻(P〈0.05),NO含量早期下降减轻,24h后上升缓慢(P〈0.05)。结论:参麦注射液可通过减少ET-1产生,调节血清NO含量达到减轻外伤性脑损伤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of shenmai injection on surum NSE,NO and ET-1 in rats after traumatic brain injury (TBI).Methods:72 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,the sham operation group(A),the TBI group(B)and the shenmai injection treated group(C).The latter two groups received free fall injury in the cerebral hemisphere and received the same dose of intraperitoneal shenmai and isotonic Na chloride at one hour post-injury,respectively. Serum NSE,NO and ET-1 levels were determined at 6h,10h,24h,3d after TBI.Results:The contents of NSE and ET-1 in B and C groups were increased most remarkably(P0.05) and NSE content returned to the baseline at the third day. while the content of NSE in the C group was reduced more remarkably than B group(P0.05).The content of NO was reduced first and increased later in the B and C groups,the content of NO in C group was increased distinctly contrast to that in B group at 6h,10h and reduced after 24h(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of shenmai on inhibitiing the production of ET-1 and regulate the level of NO may be one reason of protect the rat brain cells against TBI.
