磐安产白芍指纹图谱多指标成分定量方法研究

摘    要:目的:探讨磐安产白芍(红花种)的指纹图谱指纹峰以芍药苷峰计算多指标成分的定量方法。方法:建立磐安产白芍(红花种)的指纹图谱,达到基线分离的峰为指纹峰,以芍药苷峰为基准峰,计算芍药苷的含量,其它指纹峰以芍药苷为参照,计算每个指纹峰以芍药苷计的含量。结果:确定了磐安产白芍(红花种)10个达到基线分离的指纹峰,计算出指纹峰以芍药苷计的含量,结果11批样品的总含量均在12%以上。结论:建立了磐安产白芍(红花种)多指标成分的定量方法,方法具有可操作性,使指纹图谱在药品质量控制中更具意义。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the quantitative method in the form of fingerprint peaks of Radix Paeoniae Alba from Pan an(red-flowered cultivar) as benchmark peak. Methods:The fingerprints of Radix Paeoniae Alba from Pan an(red-flowered cultivar) were obtained,the peaks which can separate from the baseline were defined as fingerprint peaks,and the peak of paeoniflorin was appointed as the benchmark peak.All the fingerprint peaks were quantified grounded on the peak of paeoniflorin.Results:Ten fingerprint peaks were defined,and quantified rested on the peak of paeoniflorin.Conclusion:A multicom ponent quantitative method for Radix Paeoniae Alba from Pan an(red-flowered cultivar) is established.The established method is feasible.
