溃疡性结肠炎患者特定穴红外物理特性研究

目的：观察UC患者特定穴的红外辐射特征,探讨穴位红外辐射对溃疡性结肠炎的诊断价值。方法：采用体表红外光谱仪检测UC患者和健康人5个特定穴的红外辐射光谱及其平均尖锐程度和能量。结果：UC患者5个特定穴的辐射强度大体上是大于健康人,UC患者左右两侧合谷、上巨虚和足三里穴的辐射强度均有显著差异的波段多于健康人,而列缺穴均与健康人无显著差异,商阳穴有显著差异的波段少于健康人。UC患者左右两侧穴位谱的尖锐程度和能量均与健康人无差别,UC患者左右两侧穴位谱的尖锐程度和能量的差别小于健康人。结论：UC患者特定穴存在红外辐射特性的改变,在一定程度上可反映肠道病变,但并不能说明穴位红外辐射特征的改变与穴位局部能量变化相关。

Research on the Physical Characteristics of Specific Acupoints in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To observe the physical characteristics of specific acupoints in patients with ulcerative colitis,and explore the diagnosis value of infrared radiation of acupoints. Method：To detecting the infrared radiation spectrum of LI4,LU7,LI1,ST37 and ST36 and research the average acutance and energy of spectrums with PHE201 infrared spectrum instrument. Results：From the points of the infrared radiation intensity,the infrared intensity of five specific acupoints is generally more than healthy. There are more waves of LI1,ST37 and ST36 in both sides with significant difference than that of healthy,there is no difference of LI4 between patients and healthy,but that of LU7 is less than healthy. From the average acutance and energy of spectrums of five specific acupoints,there is no difference in both sides between patients with ulcerative colitis and healthy,but the difference is less than that of healthy. Conclusion：There are changes of infrared radiation of specific acupoints in patients with ulcerative colitis,it can reflect the bowel diseases to a certain extent,but the results doesn＇t prove the infrared radiation characteristics of acupuncture points related to the local energy changes of specific acupoints.
