| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏肝健脾饮对糖尿病胃轻瘫的治疗效果。方法：将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组,每组30人,试验组给予疏肝健脾饮,每日1剂;对照组给予吗丁啉,每次10mg,每日3次;共治疗4周。结果：疏肝健脾饮和吗丁啉在改善症状、增加胃排空率和降低胃动素水平方面都具有很好的作用,但两组相比,试验组明显优于对照组。结论：疏肝健脾饮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫具有很好的疗效,提示疏肝健脾是改善糖尿病患者胃排空功能的重要治法。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observing the therapeutic effect of Shuganjianpi drink in diabetic gastroparesis.Methods：60 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups of 30 persons,test group was given Shuganjianpi drink a day; control group was given domperidone,10 mg per day,three times; 60 patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results：Shuganjianpi drink and domperidone in improving symptoms,increase gastric emptying rate and reduce the level of motilin has a very good role,but the two groups,test group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion：Shuganjianpi drink in treating diabetic gastroparesis has good efficacy,suggesting Shuganjianpi is an important treatment in improving gastric emptying in patients with diabetes. |
