| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消痰散结方对MKN-45原位移植瘤裸鼠胃癌组织中成纤维细胞活化蛋白（fibroblast activation protein,FAP）表达的影响,探讨消痰散结方防止胃癌复发转移的作用机制。方法：建立人胃癌MKN-45裸鼠原位移植瘤模型,将40只模型鼠随机分为模型组、生理盐水组、中药组及化疗组,每组10只。观察各组荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长情况及抑瘤率;观察各组荷瘤鼠胃癌组织FAP蛋白及mRNA表达。结果：消痰散结方可明显抑制裸鼠人胃癌MKN-45原位移植瘤的生长,下调胃癌组织中FAP蛋白及mRNA的表达。结论：消痰散结方可以下调FAP蛋白及mRNA的表达,可能是其抗胃癌复发转移的机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the influence of Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe（XTSJR） on expressions of fibroblast activation protein（FAP） in gastric carcinoma tissue orthopic-transplanted in nude mice,and to explore the possible mechanism of XTSJR in inhibiting the metastasis of the stomach cancer.Methods：MKN-45 gastric carinoma model in nude mice was established.Forty nude mice were randomly divided into control group,Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe group.normal sodium group and 5-fluorouracil（5-FU） group.The general growth state of nude mice and the inhibition ratio of tumor were observed respectively.The expression of FAP（protein and mRNA） in grastic carcinoma tissue orthotopic-transplanted in nude mice was detected after intervention of Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe.Results：Compared with the control group.XTSJR group significantly inhibits the growth of the transplanted tumor,and reduced the expressions of FAP（protein and mRNA） in tissue of the gastric carcinoma of nude mice.Conclusion：XTSJR can down-regulate the expression of FAP in orthotopic-transplanted nude mice,and which maybe one of the mechanism of XTSJR anti-stomach carcinoma activity. |
