| 摘 要： | 阐述中国传统医学对疲劳与亚健康的认识,深入分析了疲劳与亚健康的发病机制,进一步揭示出疲劳与亚健康的关系。随着医学模式的转变,疾病谱的变化,依据中医治未病理论,防治疲劳、调理亚健康具有很大的优势,只有不断弄清疲劳的病因、病机,找到对因、对症的治疗方法,才能真正解决所谓＂亚健康＂的问题。

| Abstract: | To describe Chinese Traditional Medicion knowledge of fatigue and sub-health,deeply analyse the pathogenesis of fatigue and sub-health,and discover the relation of fatigue and sub-health.With the change of medical model and disease spectrum,basing on the theory of TCM preventive treatment of disease,there is a great advantage in preventing and treating fatigue and conditioning sub-health,Only continuously identify the cause and pathogenesis of fatigue,find the right cause,symptomatic treatment,in order to really solve the so-called ＂sub-health＂ issue. |
