| 摘 要： | 目的：研究膝骨性关节炎经筋证型的分布规律,并探讨经筋证型的生物力学机理。方法：选取70例膝骨性关节炎（KOA）患者共102个患膝,采用手触诊法,统计经筋病灶点出现频次和经筋证型出现比率。结果：膝骨性关节炎患者存在足阳明经筋、足少阳经筋、足三阴经筋3种单一经筋证型和多种复合证型,其中足阳明经筋证型出现最多;随着疾病发展,出现了较多足太阳经筋复合证型。结论：KOA经筋证型的出现与膝关节解剖学结构和其生物力学特性密切相关,研究结果既为临床治疗打下基础,也为开展KOA经筋辨证的生物力学现代研究提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：study the distribution of knee osteoarthritis,and discuss the biomechanical mechanism of the channel alteration disease.Methods：select 70 patients of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA） and 102 sick knees,take the touching method,comparing the number of the channel alteration lesion and the rate of the channel alteration disease.Result：knee osteoarthritis have channel sinew in Foot Yangming、Foot Shaoyang,and Foot Sanyin.and many composition channel alteration,and the most frequent atmosphere is channel sinew of Foot Yangming,with the development of the disease,many channel sinew of Foot Taiyang complicated syndromes occur.Conclusion：the occurrence of KOA has the close relationship with the structure of the knee anatomy and the character of the biomechanics,the results of the research not only lay the foundation of the clinical treatment but also provide the theoretical basis of the development of the modern research of biomechanics of KOA. |
