| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺抑宁I号对Lewis肺癌小鼠的免疫作用机制。方法：以肺抑宁I号治疗Lewis肺癌小鼠,观察其生存状态,测定脾指数、T淋巴细胞增殖活性。结果：肺抑宁I号能改善Lewis肺癌小鼠一般状况,5min自主活动及站立次数增加;脾指数降低并趋向正常;T淋巴细胞增殖活性增强。结论：肺抑宁I号可提高Lewis肺癌小鼠的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the immune effect of Feiyining I Decoction in mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell.Methods：The mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell was induced by Feiyining I Decoction,to be observed survival status and determined spleen index and T lymphocyte proliferation activity.Results：The results showed that Decoction of Feiyining I can improve the mice＇s general condition,and increase the frequency of mice＇s independent movements and stances in 5 minutes;the spleen index was decreased and run to normality;T lymphocyte proliferation activity was increased.Conclusions：Feiyining I Decoction can improve immune function in mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cell. |
