肺抑宁2号诱导Lewis肺癌小鼠细胞凋亡的实验研究

目的：探讨肺抑宁2号对Lewis肺癌小鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法：建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药组、西药组,用肺抑宁2号治疗Lewis肺癌小鼠,计算抑瘤率,进行光镜和电镜下瘤细胞凋亡的形态学观察。结果：抑瘤率中药组与模型组比较明显提高（P〈0.05）,光镜下可见中药组肿瘤团块小,细胞体积小,异型性不明显,病理性核分裂像少,电镜下可见凋亡小体。结论：肺抑宁2号能诱导Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡,可能是该方抗肺癌机制之一。

Effects of Feiyining-2 on Celluar Apoptosis of Lewis Lung Cancer Mouse

Objective：To investigate the effect of FeiyiNing-2 on inducing cell apoptosis of Lewis lung cancer mouse.Methods：Established mouse model of Lewis lung cancer,randomly divided into model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and medicine group,treated Lewis lung cancer mice by the formulas of FeiyiNing-2,to calculate the inhibition rate and observe the tumor cell morphology by light microscopy and electron microscopy.Results：The inhibitory rate of traditional Chinese medicine group markedly improved compared with model group （P0.05）.By light microscope,on the Chinese medicines group,tumor mass is small,cell volume is small,theteromorphism is not obvious,pathologic mitoses is less. By electron microscope,we can we can see some apoptotic bodies. Conclusion：FeiyiNing-2 can induce apoptosis of Lewis lung cancer mouse,that party may be one of the mechanisms of anti-lung cancer.
