肾衰灵对5/6肾切除大鼠血浆TXB26-Keto-PGF1α的影响

摘    要:目的:观察肾衰灵对慢性肾衰(CRF)大鼠血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的影响。方法:采用5/6肾切除法建立慢性肾衰肾小球硬化大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、赖诺普利组、肾衰灵组,8周后测定各组大鼠血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1α)及肾脏病理变化。结果:模型组大鼠血TXB2值和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α值升高,血6-Keto-PGF1α值降低,与正常组相比有统计学差异(P〈0.05),肾衰灵、赖诺普利组与模型组相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05),肾衰灵组与赖诺普利组有明显差异(P〈0.05)。结论:肾衰灵可显著降低TXB2水平和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α值,提高6-keto-PGF1α水平,抑制肾脏血管收缩,减轻血小板聚集,降低肾血管阻力,改善肾脏血液动力学,减轻肾脏病理变化,延缓肾小球硬化进展,进而达到治疗肾功能衰竭的目。

Abstract:Objective:To observe Influence of Shenshuailing on plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α of rats with chronic renal failure.Methods:Using 5 / 6 nephrectomy established rat model of chronic renal failure with glomerular sclerosis,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,lisinopril group,Shenshuailing group,after 8 weeks,examines each group of rats with plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α and renal pathological changes.Results:In model group rats blood TXB2 values and TXB2 /6-Keto-PGF1αvalues increased,serum 6-Keto-PGF1α values decrease,compared with the normal group significant difference(P 〈 0.05),Shenshuailing group,lisinopril group compared with the model group There was a significant difference(P 〈 0.05),Shenshuailing group and lisinopril group have significant difference(P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Shenshuailing can significantly reduce the levels of TXB2 and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1αvalues,raise 6-keto-PGF1α level,inhibition of renal vasoconstriction and reduce platelet aggregation,lowering of renal vascular resistance and improve renal hemodynamics,renal pathological changes to reduce and slow down the progress of glomerular sclerosis,and to achieve the purpose of treating renal failure
