不同含油量柏子仁药效学作用研究

目的：观察不同含油量柏子仁对小鼠便秘模型和肠推进作用的影响,为柏子仁含油量质量标准的建立提供药效学依据。方法：建立小鼠便秘模型,分别观察模型小鼠排便潜伏期、排便次数、便重及含水量,及小肠推进作用。结果：0%～16%含油量柏子仁对小鼠便秘模型的相关指标均无明显影响,与模型组比较均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,小肠推进率随含油量增加而呈现不同程度提高。20%～40%含油量柏子仁霜对小鼠便秘模型的相关指标亦无明显影响。20%～40%含油量柏子仁对小肠推进率影响较为明显,含油量在30%时小肠推进作用明显增强,与空白组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,并随含油量增加,推进作用增强。结论：柏子仁含油量增加可提高小鼠小肠推进率,但对便秘模型影响不明显,提示其泻下作用缓和,符合临床润肠通便的功效,同时认为其作用部位主要为小肠。

Study on Pharmacodynamic Effect of Semen Platycladi of Different Oil Content

Objective：To test the effects of different oil content Semen Platycladi constipation in mice model and promote the role of the intestinal effects of oil content for the Semen Platycladi the establishment of quality standards to provide pharmacodynamic basis.Methods：To establish a mouse model of constipation were observed in mice defecation, latency, defecation frequency, then weight and water content, and promote the role of the small intestine.Results： 0%~16% oil content Semen Platycladi constipation model in mice had no significant effect on relevant indicators, compared with model group had no significant difference （P0.05）, small intestinal propulsive rate increases with the amount of oil present in varying degrees to improve. 20%~40% oil content Semen Platycladi cream right mouse model of constipation related indicators had no significant effect. 20%~40% oil content Semen Platycladi effect on the intestinal propulsive rate is more obvious, 30% of oil content promoting the role of the small intestine significantly enhanced,compared with the control group there was significant difference （P0.05）, and with the increase in oil content and promoting the enhanced role. Conclusion： Semen Platycladi oil can increase the amount of increase in the rate of small intestine in mice, but no significant effect on the constipation model, suggesting the role of diarrhea easing in line with the clinical loosening bowel to relieve constipation effect, also believes that its role is mainly part of the small intestine.
