宋康教授从气机升降论治胃食管返流性咳嗽

胃食管返流性咳嗽（gastroesophageal reflux induced cough,GERC）是慢性咳嗽的主要病因,肺失宣降、肺气上逆是GERC也是所有咳嗽最终发病的关键因素和总的基本的病机,而肝、脾胃的气机升降失常则是GERC的源头环节。宋康教授以中医气机升降理论为指导,采取宣降肺气并结合治肝、治胃等方法治疗GERC,效果较佳。

Gastroesophageal reflux induced cough（GERC） is a major cause of chronic cough,the ultimate incidence and key factor of GERC but for all cough is that the failure to pulmonary qi ascending and descending resulted in adverse rising,the source of GERC disorder of liver,spleen and stomach qi.Professor Song Kang take qi ascending and descending theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide,use the method of ascending and descending pulmonary qi integrating with liver,spleen and stomach qi to treat GERC which gains good effect.
