平心饮加减治疗心律失常临床观察

目的：探讨平心饮加减治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将80例心律失常病人随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各40例,治疗组采用平心饮加减治疗,采用口服西药盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,并辅以营养心肌药物如辅酶Q10、肌苷等1个月为1疗程,3个疗程后观察服药前后的心功能参数、两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后心功能各项参数均增加,控制各类早搏总有效率达87.5%,对照组总显效率65.0%,两组总显效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方炙甘草汤能控制心脏早搏促发因素,从而达到抗心律失常的目的。结论：平心饮加减能明显缓解临床症状及改善心功能,从而达到抗心律失常的目的。
