摘    要:目的:探讨中药制剂红金消结胶囊对乳腺增生病的疗效和彩色多普勒血流的影响。方法:将265例乳腺增生病病人随机分为红金消结胶囊治疗组165例,对照组100例,分别采用红金消结胶囊及乳癖消片治疗,观察治疗前后增生腺体彩色多普勒血流变化。结果:红金消结胶囊治疗组血流信号明显减少,血流速度(Vamx)提高,阻力指数(RI)减小,均P〈0.05;并与对照组有显著性差异,均P〈0.05或0.01。结论:红金消结胶囊能够显著改善乳腺组织的结构,调整乳腺组织的血流动力,是一种有效的中药制剂。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy and effects of Chinese medicine Hongjinxiaojie capsule on imagine of mammary gland hyperplasia and flow of blood indicated by Doppler. Methods:265 cases were divided into two groups randomly. One is treatment group including 165 cases which received Hongjinxiaojie capsulethe,the other is control group including 100 cases which received external therapy of Rupixiao tablet. Then the changes of flow of blood indicated by Doppler between before and after treatment are observed.Results:In treatment group,the intense of signal of flow of blood was remarkable reduced,velocity of flow of blood(Vmax)are accelerated and RI was lowered (all the values of P〈0.05). Compared with control group,the differences are distinct (all the values of P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions:Hongjinxiaojie capsule could improve the structure of mammary gland and flow of blood,which proved it is an effective externally used herbal preparation.
