血必净治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

目的：观察血必净注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法：将60例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,2组均予西医常规基础治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液50mL加生理盐水100mL静脉滴注,1日2次,疗程均为10天。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后炎症指标C反应蛋白（CRP）与纤维蛋白原（FIB）的改变。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后CRP与FIB均较治疗前下降,治疗组更为显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：血必净注射液用于辅助治疗AECOPD,有助于减轻炎症反应,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Xuebijing treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

Objective：We observe the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（AECOPD）.Methods：60 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases were for the treatment group,the other 30 cases for control group.All cases were treated with routine fundamental treatment,and the treatment group were added with Xuebijing injection 50mL in 100mL normal saline intravenous infusion twice per day.Clinical efficacy were evaluated afer 10 days course of treatment.C-reactive protein（CRP） and fibrinogen（FIB）,two inflammation maker,were measured and compared.Results：The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was much higher in treatment group than which in control group（P〈0.05）,96.7% and 80.0% for treatment group and control group respectively.There were notable decrease for CRP and FIB in both group,the reduction in treatment group was more prominent than control（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Using for adjunctive therapy in AECOP,Xuebijing injection was effective for lessening inflammatory reaction and improving therapeutic effect.
