中医推拿治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的：探讨中医推拿治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：采用前瞻性研究的方法,进行随机对照研究,将原发性高血压患者80例随机分为推拿治疗组与对照组。在不停止两组使用已有西药降压基础下,予以推拿治疗组辨证推拿治疗,对照组不予以推拿治疗。治疗前后观察其临床疗效和客观指标的改善情况,并进行统计学处理。结果：治疗1周、4周、8周后,分别使用证候疗效判定标准判定疗效。推拿治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率77.50%。两组治疗后1次血压、1周、4周、8周治疗后平均血压均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）。而且中医推拿治疗组对原发性高血压相关症状改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：相较于单纯西药降压,中医推拿配合西药降压效果显著,并能有效缓解相关症状,值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Tuina on the Management of Essential Hypertension

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese Tuina on the Management of essential hypertension.Methods：Perspective study was used to carry out a randomized controlled trial.80 cases of essential hypertension were divided into the traditional Chinese Tuina group and controlled group at random.On the basis of using the pre-existing antihypertensive drugs sequentially,the Tuina therapy which treatment based on syndrome differentiation was given to the Tuina group,but the controlled group was not given to.Clinical curative effect and the improvement condition of objective indexes were observed before and after the treatment.Results：After one、four and eight weeks treatment,effective power assessed with disease curative effect standard of the traditional Chinese Tuina group was 95.00%,the controlled group was 77.50%.Reduction of one time blood pressure,average blood pressure of two groups after one、four and eight weeks treatment have statistical significance（P0.05）.The effect of tuina group curing the related symptoms of essential hypertension is better than the controlled group（P0.05）.Conclusion：compare with the using of essential hypertension alone,the therapy that traditional chinese tuina cooperate with the antihypertensive drugs has evident effect,and relieves the related symptoms effectively,and worths popularizing.
