通心络对高脂血症兔血清脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:目的:观察通心络对高脂血症兔血清脂质过氧化的影响。方法:32只新西兰大白兔随机分成4组,分别予以正常饮食(A组)、通心络+高胆固醇饮食(B组)、维生素E+高胆固醇饮食(C组)、高胆固醇饮食(D组)。喂养30d后取血清测总胆固醇(TC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:TC含量:A组明显低于其他各组(P〈0.01),C组明显低于B、D两组(P〈0.01),B.D两组比较P〉0.05;SOD活力:A组与B,C,D组比较P〈0.01,B、C组明显高于D组(P〈0.05),B,C组比较P〉0.05;MDA含量:A组与B,C,D组比较P〈0.01,B,C组与D组P〈0.05,B,C组比较P〉0.05。结论:通心络可以减少各种氧自由基的产生,降低脂质过氧化的水平。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the Effect of Tongxinluo on lipid peroxidation in hyperch0lester 0f rabbits. Method:This paper is to observe the effect of Tongxinluo on lipid peroxidation in hypercholesterol rabbits. A total of 32 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal Diet(group A ),Tongxinluo plus hypercho1estero1 diet(groupB),VitE plus hypercholesterol diet(group C)and hypercholesterol diet(group D).After 30d,serum total cholesterol(TC),superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (M DA)were determined.Result:The amount of TC in group A was much lower than that in other groups(P〈0.01);TC in group C was greatly lower than that in group B and D(P〈0.01).There was no difference between B and D group (P〉0.05).For the activity of SOD,A group was higher than B,C and D group (P〈0.01); The activity of SOD in group B was higher than that in group D(P〈0.05); There was no difference between B and C group (P〉0.05).For the amount of MDA,A group was obviously lower than B,C and D group (P〈0.01); The amount of MDA in B and C group was lower than that in group D(P〈0.05); There was no difference between B and C group (P〉0.05). Conclusion :Tongxinluo can reduce all kinds of oxygen free radicals and decline the level of lipid peroxidation.
