温面散热敷乳突穴治疗难治性面神经麻痹32例疗效观察

目的:观察温面散热敷乳突穴治疗难治性面神经麻痹的临床疗效.方法:将64例难治性面神经麻痹患者按就诊时间依次编号,奇数号为温面散治疗组,偶数组为针灸对照组.就诊时及治疗3月后,分别由本院神经科与针灸科医师进行H-B分级及面神经功能评分,2组间及治疗组治疗前后H-B分级以及面瘫评分数据进行对比分析.结果:治疗组32例,显效13例,有效15例,无效4例;对照组32例,显效8例,有效13例,无效11例.2组总有效率比较,经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义(P《0.05).结论:温面散热敷乳突穴治疗难治性面神经麻痹疗效显著、方便价廉.

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of 32 Refractory Facial Paralysis Patients with Topical Application on Ru Tu Xue by Warming Face and Eliminating Heat

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of refractory facial paralysis patients with topical application on Ru Tu Xue by warming face and eliminating heat.Methods: 64 patients were numbered according to the time of their seeking medical advice.Odd number was the warming face and eliminating heat test group.Even number was the acupuncture control group.After a three-month treatment the score of H-B grade and facial nervous function were made by the doctors in the neuroscience and acupuncture sections of our hospital respectively.The data of the H-B grade and facial paralysis score were compared and analyzed between the two groups and before and after the treatment.Results: Among 32 patients in the test group,13 patients were remarkably effective,15 were effective and 4 were ineffective.Among 32 patients in the control group,8 patients were remarkably effective,13 were effective and 11 were ineffective.The statistical comparison of the total efficiency shows difference significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of refractory facial paralysis patients with topical application on Ru Tu Xue by warming face and eliminating heat has a remarkable effect and is convenient and cheap.
