| 摘 要： | 目的：观察生脉注射液对频发性宣性期前收缩（气阴两虚证）忠者的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予心律平片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用生脉注射液静滴。结果：治疗后总有效率。治疗组为96．67％，对照组为73．33％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：生脉注射液能有效、安全地控制频发性室性期前收缩（气阴两虚证）。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of frequent ventricular procontraction patients(deficiency of both qi and yin) with Sheng Mai injection liquid and explore its function and mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were divided into one test group with 30 patients and one control group with 30 patients at random sample.The control group was treated with Xinliping tablets while the test group was treated with Sheng Mai intravenation besides Xiliping tablets.Results: The rate of the total effectiveness of the test group was 96.674% while the rate of the control group was 73.33%.The comparison between the effective rate of the two groups showed significance differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sheng Mai injection liquid can control the frequent ventricular procontraction effectively and safely |
