三金通淋排石汤联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗泌尿系结石30例临床观察

目的通过三金通淋排石汤联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗泌尿系结石的疗效观察,研究其安全性与有效性。方法将60例泌尿系结石患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,观察4周后对比2组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、排石效果、治疗后尿红细胞、肝肾功、不良反应等。结果治疗后治疗组中医证候积分、排石率、结石数目情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),其中2组治疗前后肝功能情况无明显变化,肾功能情况较治疗前降低,且2组之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05);同时治疗组的临床疗效、血尿情况均明显优于对照组(总有效率:治疗组86.67%vs对照组73.33%),并且2组中医证候积分、结石数目均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗过程共出现不良反应8例,其中治疗组5例(16.67%),对照组3例(10.00%)。结论三金通淋排石汤联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗泌尿系结石疗效肯定,临床应用较为安全,值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 30 Urinary Calculi Patients with Sanjintonglinpaishi Decoction Combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsule

Objective:To study the curative effect and safety and effectiveness of Sanjintonglinpaishi Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment of urinary calculi patients.Methods:60 patients with urinary calculi were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases per group.After 4-week treatment,the clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,stone row effect,urine red blood cells,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The TCM syndrome score,stone formation rate and number of stones in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant change in liver function and renal function in the two groups before and after treatment and also no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effect and hematuria of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(total effective rate:86.67%of the treatment group vs 73.33%of the control group).The syndrome score and the number of stones of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the pre-treatment(P<0.01).A total of 8 adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,including 5 in the treatment group(16.67%)and 3 in the control group(10.00%).Conclusion:Sanjintonglinpaishi Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for urinary calculi patients has a definite effect and the clinical application is safe and worthy of further wide application.
