鼠掌老鹳草与老鹳草抗腹泻药理作用的比较研究

目的通过药效学实验深入比较鼠掌老鹳草与同属药典收载的老鹳草品种的抗腹泻药理作用。方法本实验采用番泻叶致腹泻法和小鼠小肠推进试验，新斯的明致小鼠小肠推进亢进试验对鼠掌老鹳草的抗腹泻药理作用进行研究。结果鼠掌老鹳草水煎液可减少番泻叶所引起的腹泻次数，并可抑制正常及推进功能亢进小鼠炭末胃肠推进率。结论鼠掌老鹳草有较好的抗腹泻药理作用。

Comparative research of the anti - diarrhea pharmacological action of Geranium sibiricum L. and Geranium wilfordii Maxim

Objection Compare the anti -diarrhea pharmacological action between Geranium sibiricum L. and other species recorded in the pharmacopoeia through pharmacodynamic experiments. Method Adopt the method of rat diarrhea by senna. Apply the small intestinal movement experiments with charcoal powder in healthy mice, neostigmine-treated mice. Results Geranium sibiricum L extracting solution can reduce the times of diarrhoea, can inhibit the movement of the normal small intestinal movement and the charcoul powder progressive rate. Conclusion Geranium sibiricum L has the function on anti -diarrhea.
