黄连温胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

目的:观察黄连温胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组58例用黄连温胆汤加味治疗,对照组56例用多潘立酮、奥美拉唑。4周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈31例,显效12例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为93.10%(95%CI=82.85%～98.06%);对照组治愈22例,显效9例,有效7例,无效18例,总有效率为67.86%(95%CI=55.63%～80.09%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.256 3,P=0.024 5)差异有统计学意义。结论:黄连温胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效优于多潘立酮、奥美拉唑,其收益为OR=0.16(95%CI=0.05～0.50),NNT=4(95%CI=2.52～9.30)。

Clinical Observation of Decoction for Modified Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat on Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Modified Clearing Away Gallblad- der Heat on bile reflux gastritis. Methods：58 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction for Modified Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat, and 56 cases in control group were treated with domperidone and ome- prazole. One treatment course included 4 weeks, and all the cases had been treated for two treatment courses. Results ： In treatment group 31 cases were recovered, 12 ones excellent, 11 ones effective, and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.10% （95% CI = 82. 85% - 98.06% ）. In control group 22 cases were recovered,9 ones excellent, 7 ones effective,and 18 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 67.86% （95% CI =55.63% -80. 09% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 2. 256 3, P = 0. 024 5）. Conclusion：Decoction for Modified Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat has better effect on bile reflux gastritis than domperidone and omeprazole,OR =0. 16 （95% CI =0. 05 -0. 50） ,NNT =4（95% CI =2. 52 -9.30）.
