补肾通督胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎42例疗效观察

目的:观察补肾通督胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:选77例类风湿关节炎患者随机分成两组。治疗组42例给予补肾通督胶囊,对照组35例给予雷公藤多甙片,治疗3个月后进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组显效26例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率为90.48%(95%CI=81.60%～99.36%);对照组显效13例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率为71.43%(95%CI=56.46%～86.40%);两组综合疗效比较(u=2.244 6,P=0.025 2),差异有显著性意义;治疗组治疗后症状、体征积分、血沉、C-反应蛋白明显低于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:补肾通督胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效明显优于雷公藤多甙片,其收益为OR=0.26(95%CI=0.07～0.93),NNT=5(95%CI=2.75～57.14)。

Curative Effect Observation of Capsule of Bu-shen Tong-du on Rheumatoid Arthritis ( RA), A Report of 42 Cases

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Capsule of Bu-shen Tong-du on rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods：77 cases with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） were divided into two groups randomly. 42 cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule of Bu-shen Tong-du, and 35 ones in control group were treated with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum. One treatment course included 3 months. Results：In treatment group 26 cases were excellent, 12 ones effective, and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.48% （95% CI = 81.60% -99.36% ）. In control group 13 cases were excellent,12 ones effective,and 10 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.43% （95% CI = 56. 46% - 86. 40% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ u = 2. 244 6, P = 0. 025 2 ）. After treatment the symptoms, sign score, ESR and C-reactive protein were lower in treatment than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Capsule of Bu-shen Tong-du has better effect than Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum, OR = 0. 26 （95 % CI = 0. 07 -0. 93 ） , NNT = 5 （95 % CI = 2. 75 - 57. 14）.
