中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的：观察在常规西医治疗的基础上联合运用黄芪、红花注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：将76例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照纽36例，采用西医常规治疗；治疗组40例，在西医常规治疗的基础上给予黄芪注射液、红花注射液治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组显效13例，有效24例，无效3例，总有效率为92．5％（95％CI=79．3％～98．4％）；对照组显效3例，有效23例，无效10例，总有效率为72．2％（95％CI=54．8％-85．8％）；两组心绞痛综合疗效比较（u=2．7187，P=0．0082），差异有统计学意义；心电图变化综合疗效比较（u=2．1110，P=0．0351），差异亦有统计学意义。结论：黄芪、红花注射液联合西医常规治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于单纯西医治疗，其心绞痛疗效收益为OR=0．21（95％CI：0．05—0．84），NNT：5（95％CI=2．69～30．12）；其心电图疗效收益为OR=0．43（95％CI=0．17—1．09），NNT=5（95％CI=2．35—56．21）。
