穴位埋线结合心理干预治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期疗效观察

目的:探讨穴位埋线结合心理干预对支气管哮喘患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组(穴位埋线结合心理干预治疗组)和对照组(单纯西药治疗组),疗程3个月。结果:治疗组临床控制22例,部分控制8例,未控制0例,总有效率为100.00%;对照组临床控制2例,部分控制19例,未控制9例,总有效率为70.00%(P<0.01);治疗组哮喘生存质量优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线结合心理干预治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation of Psychological Intervention Therapy Combined with Catgut Implantation at Acupoint on Bronchial Asthma

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and quality of life of psychological intervention therapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint on bronchial asthma in chronic persistent period. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group mainly re- ceived catgut implantation at acupoint and psychological intervention therapy. The patients in control group were given to western medicine therapy only. All the treatment lasted for 3 months. Results： After 3-month therapy in treatment group 22 cases were excellent, 8 ones effective and no one ineffective, and the total effective rate was 100% %. In control group 2 cases were excellent, 19 ones effective and 9 ones ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70%. The quality of life in treatment group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sion： It has good and reliable effect for psychological intervention therapy combined with catgut implantation at acupoint to treat bronchial asthma in chronic persistent period. ＂
