中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效.方法：将所选80例患者随机分为两组各40例,在积极治疗原发病,注意休息和合理饮食的基础上,西医对照组给予利尿剂安体舒通片和对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础给予中药胃苓颗粒冲服和炒小米汤治疗,1个月后复查比较疗效.结果：对照组中显效10例,有效18例,无效12例,总有效率70.0％；治疗组中显效22例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率92.5％.两组比较总有效率有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效优于单纯的西医治疗.

Clinical Observation of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Ascites due to Liver Cirrhosis

Objective ： To observe the medicine on ascites due to liver cirrhosis. clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western Methods： Selected 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. Besides the active treatment of the original diseases, proper rest and reasonable diet, con- trol group was given to diuretic spironolactone and symptomatic treatment, and treatment group was given to Gran- ules of Wei-ling and parched millet soup based on above western treatment in control group. One course of treat- ment included 1 month. Results： In control group, 10 cases were excellent, 18 ones effective, and 12 ones inef- fective. The total effective rate was 70.0%. In treatment group, 22 cases were excellent, 15 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5 %. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of single western medicine on ascites due to liver cirrhosis.
