夹脊穴位注射合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛40例

目的：探讨夹脊穴位注射合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将入选的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例按随机、单盲的原则分为两组各40例。对照组予口服甲钴胺、消炎痛片;治疗组在此基础上配合夹脊穴进行穴位注射疗法。7天为1疗程,3疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈10例,显效15例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%。对照组痊愈6例,显效12例,有效8例,无效14例,总有效率65.0%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且未见明显不良反应发生。结论：夹脊穴穴位注射合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Injectio ad Acumen in Jia-ji Acuppoints Combined with Surrounding Acupuncture on Neuralgia of Lingering Effects from Acute Posterior Ganglionitis, A Report of 80 Cases

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of injectio ad acumen in paravertebral points combined with surrounding acupuncture on neuralgia of lingering effects from acute posterior ganglionitis.Method： 80 cases with neuralgia of lingering effects from acute posterior ganglionitis were divided into two groups randomly and single-blindedly.The cases in control group were treated with mecobalamine and indomethacin,and the ones in treatment group were treated with injectio ad acumen in paravertebral points besides the above treatment.One course of treatment included 7 days,and three courses of treatment later,the curative effects were observed.Result： The curative effect of treatment group were higher markedly than that of control group（P0.05）,and no obvious adverse effects were observed.Conclusion： The curative effect of injectio ad acumen in paravertebral points combined with surrounding acupuncture is safe,effective and worthy of generalization.
