麻芥冲剂对变应性鼻炎大鼠模型免疫机制的影响

摘    要:目的:通过相关实验从免疫学角度研究麻芥冲剂治疗变应性鼻炎大鼠模型的作用机理。方法:大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、鼻炎康阳性对照组、麻芥冲剂低剂量组、麻芥冲剂高剂量组。除空白组与模型组外,余组造模后分别给药,疗程14天。检测大鼠血清干扰素-γ、白介素-4水平变化。观察大鼠病理组织形态学变化。结果:与模型组相比,麻芥冲剂高、低剂量组与阳性对照组均可明显升高血清干扰素-γ水平(P〈0.05),并明显降低血清白介素-4水平(P〈0.01)。病理学组织观察可见鼻炎康组鼻黏膜轻度充血,少量炎细胞浸润;麻芥冲剂低剂量组鼻黏膜轻度充血,有少量炎细胞浸润;麻芥冲剂高剂量组鼻黏膜炎性细胞消失。结论:麻芥冲剂可以有效调节变应性鼻炎大鼠的免疫细胞因子白介素-4及干扰素-γ,改善病理组织损伤。

Abstract:Objective:To study the mechanism of action of Majie Granule on allergic rhinitis loaded by rats models in the view of immunology.Method:The rats were divided into five groups randomly,which were blank group,model group,positive control group,low dose group of Majie Granule,and high dose group of Majie Granule.Except for blank group and model group,the other groups were administered respectively.The course of treatment included 14 days.Then interferon-γ and interleukin-4 were detected and histomorphology was observed.Result:Compared to the model group,low and high dose groups of Majie Granule and positive control group all could increase interferon-γ (P0.05),and decrease interleukin-4 (P0.01).By pathohistological observation membrana pituitosa congested slightly in the control group,and a small quantity of the inflammatory cells were infiltrating.In low dose group of Majie Granule also membrana pituitosa congested slightly,and a few inflammatory cells were infiltrating.But in high dose group of Majie Granule some of the inflammatory cells of endorhinitis disappeared.Conclusion: Majie Granule can availably accommodate immunologic cell factors such as interferon-γ and interleukin-4,and improve pathological tissue damage.
