降压胶囊治疗肝火亢盛型原发性高血压病疗效观察

目的:探讨中药制剂降压胶囊治疗肝火亢盛型原发性高血压病的临床疗效.方法:选肝火亢盛型原发性高血压病患者240例,随机分为两组.治疗组108例子降压胶囊治疗,对照组107例应用牛黄降压胶囊治疗,连续服药28天.结果:治疗组临床控制6例,显效51例,有效48例,无效3例,总有效率为97.22％(95％ CI =91.90％ ～99.42％);对照组临床控制4例,显效38例,有效54例,无效11例,总有效率为89.72％(95％ CI=83.97％～95.47％);两组综合疗效比较(u =2.2730,P =0.0234),差异有显著性意义;随访中医证候积分第3周后治疗组明显优于对照组;血压两组间比较差异无显著性;两组内治疗前后24小时动态血压指标除24 h MAXDBP外,均存在显著差异.结论:降压胶囊治疗肝火亢盛型原发性高血压病的中医证候疗效优于牛黄降压胶囊,其收益为OR =0.25(95％ CI =0.07～0.92),NNT=13(95％CI =7.09～111.11).

Clinical Observation of Capsnie for Stepping down Blood Pressure on Primary Hypertension with Syndrome of Overabundant Liver-fire

Objective ： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal on primary hypertension with syndrome of overabundant liver-fire. Methods ： 240 cases with primary hypertension with syndrome of overabundant liver-fire were divided into two groups randomly. 108 cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule for Step- ping down Blood Pressure, and 107 ones in control group were treated with Capsule of Niu-huang Jiang-ya. One treatment course included 28 days. Results： In treatment group 6 cases were recovered, 51 ones excellent, 48 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.22% （95% CI = 91.90% -99.42% ）. In control group 4 cases were recovered, 38 ones excellent, 54 ones effective, and 11 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 89.72% （95% CI = 83.97% -95.47% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on curative effect（μ = 2. 273 0 ,P = 0. 023 4）. After 3 weeks＇ following up treatment group was better than control group, but no significant difference existed between the two groups on TCM symptoms. And there was no significant difference between them on blood pressure. In the two groups except 24 h MAXDBP in 24 h-ambulatory-blood-pressure there was significant difference between before and after treatment. Conclusion： Capsule for Stepping down Blood Pressure has better effect on primary hypertension with syndrome of overabundant liver-fire than Capsule of Niu-huang Jiang-ya, OR =0. 25（95%CI =0. 07 -0. 92）, NNT = 13（95% CI =7.09 -111.11 ）.
