清热解毒法对50例动脉粥样硬化患者血脂、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体的干预作用

目的：探讨清热解毒法对动脉粥样硬化患者血脂、动脉硬化指数、纤溶指标的影响。方法：50例AS患者分为两组．对照组为基础西药治疗，治疗组加用三黄片治疗。根据病程，设立急性期亚组进行统计分析。测定血脂、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体，计算动脉硬化指数。结果：三黄片可以不同程度降低TC、LDL、TG，升高HDL；降低动脉硬化指数；降低纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体，但与对照组无显著性差异。结论：清热解毒法具有调节血脂紊乱的作用，对纤溶系统无影响。说明其可以有效改善AS的危险因素之一——血脂紊乱。

Effect of Heat-clearing and Detoxicating Remedy on the Level of Blood Lipid, Fibrinogen and D-dimmer, A Report of 50 Cases with Atherosclerosis

Objective： To study the effect of the remedy of heat-clearing and detoxicating on blood lipid, atherogenic index,fibrinogen and D-dimmer in cases with Atherosclerosis. Methods： 50 cases with atherosclerosis were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The cases in control group were treated by western medicine, and the ones in treatment group were treated by tri-yellow pill in addition to above western medicine. The treat- ment course included 2 weeks. According to the course of disease, subset of acute stage was set up to do statistical analysis. Then detect blood lipid, fibrinogen and D-dimmer to calculate atherogenic index. Results ： TC, LDL and TG were cut down and HDL stepped up by Tri-yellow pill in different extent. At the same time atherogenic index was declined as well as fibrinogen, D-dimmer. But there was no significant difference compared to control group. Conclusion： Remedy of heat-clearing and detoxicating has effect on regulating disordered blood lipid, but has no effect on fibrinolytic system. This suggests that the remedy can effectively improve disordered blood lipid which is one of risk factors of atherosclerosis.
