山海神茵汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝58例疗效观察

目的：探讨山海神茵汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法：选择非酒精性脂肪肝患者108例，按就诊顺序，随机分为治疗组58例和对照组50例。治疗组予自拟山海神茵汤治疗，每次口服200mL，2次／d；对照组予水林佳胶囊3彬次，3次／d。疗程均为12周。结果：治疗组58例，治愈30例，显效23例，无效5例，总有效率91．38％；对照组58例，治愈22例，显效15例，无效13例，总有效率77．59％。两组比效差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。两组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）治疗后均有所降低，与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），说明两组方案均能有效改善肝功能；治疗组在改善血中甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）水平方面不优于对照组（P〉0．05）。结论：自拟山海神茵汤可有效治疗非酒精性脂肪肝。

Clinical Observation of Shan-hai Shen-yin Decoction on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver, A Report of 58 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Shan-hai Shen-yin Decoction on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Method: 108 cases with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were divided into two groups randomly according to visiting sequence. 58 cases in treatment group were treated by Shan- hai Shen - yin Decoction, 200ml once and two times a day. And 50 cases in control group were treated by Shui-lin-jia Capsule, 3 capsules once and 3 times a day. The treatment course included 12 weeks. Result: In treatment group 30 cases were cured, 23 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.37%. In control group 22 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, and 13 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 74%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). ALT and AST were decreased after treating, and there was also significant difference between before treating and after treating (P < 0. 01 ). That was to say, the two projects could improve hepatic function, but treatment group was not better than control group on improving TG and TC ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Shan-hai Shen-yin Decoction can heal nonalcoholic fatty liver dis- ease effectively.
