| 摘 要： | 目的：观察明目清浊汤治疗玻璃体混浊的临床疗效。方法：将该病患者60例随机分为治疗组30例（50只眼）和对照组30例（48只眼）。治疗组内服明目清浊汤，对照组肌注安妥碘。结果：治疗组显效16眼，有效22眼，无效12眼，总有效率为76．00％（95％CI=64．16％～87．84％）；对照组显效10眼，有效16眼，无效22眼，总有效率为54．17％（95％CI=40．07％-68．27％）；两组综合疗效比较（H=2．0006，P=0．0493），差异有显著性意义。结论：明目清浊汤治疗玻璃体混浊疗效优于肌注安妥碘，其收益为OR=0．37（95％CI=0．16～0．88），NNT=5（95％CI=2．69—15．53）。
