| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法：将跟痛症患者125例随机分为两组，分别采用针灸治疗和口服药物治疗。结果：针灸治疗组痊愈38例，显效25例，好转8例，无效4例，治愈率为50．67％，总有效率为94．67％；药物对照组痊愈7例，显效13例，好转14例，无效16例，治愈率为14．00％，总有效率为68．00％。经统计学处理，两组疗效比较差异具有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：针灸治疗跟痛症效果明显优于药物治疗。
