腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经40例

目的：观察腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：采用腹针配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经40例，并设西药治疗32例为对照组。结果：治疗组治愈20例，有效17例，无效3例，总有效率为92．5％；对照组治愈10例，有效13例，无效9例，总有效率为71．9％。两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：腹针配合耳穴贴压疗效明显优于药物对照组。

Clinical Observation of Abdomen Acupuncture Therapy and Pressing Ear Acupoints Method on Essential Dysmenorrhea, A Report of 40 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of abdomen acupuncture therapy combined with pressing ear acupoints method on essential dysmenorrhea. Method: 40 cases with essential dysmenorrhea were treated by abdomen acupuncture therapy and pressing ear acupoints method as treatment group. And 32 cases in control group were treated by western medicine. Result: In treatment group 20 cases were cured, 17 cases were ef- fective, and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5%. In control group 10 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The effect of abdomen acupuncture therapy combined with pressing ear acupoints method is better than that of western medicine on essential dysmenorrhea.
