不良情绪应激导致卵巢早衰的中医病机探讨

不良情绪应激致卵巢早衰主要与心、肝、肾、脾、冲脉及胞宫有关,以心神失守、肝失疏泄、脾失健运为因,以肾精衰竭、冲脉不充为本。同时因脏腑阴阳失衡,伴随出现血瘀、湿浊、痰火等。卵巢早衰证型复杂,虚实夹杂,临床诊疗应四诊合参、辨证求因,明辨脏腑内在关系,重在补肾填精,同时疏散心肝二脏之郁,健脾养血,配合活血化瘀、燥湿化痰、清热宁心之法,达到标本兼治,改善卵巢功能。

Discussion on TCM Pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure caused by unhealthy emotional stress

Premature ovarian failure caused by unhealthy emotional stress is mainly related to heart,liver,kidney,spleen,Chong meridian and uterus.Its etiology is failure of heart-mind,not liver freely distributing and dysfunction of spleen in transportation. Its origin is exhaustion of kidney essence and insufficiency of Chong meridian.At the same time,yin and yang unbalance of Zang-fu organs is accompanied by pathological products,such as blood stasis,dampness turbidity and phlegm-fire,etc. The syndrome types of premature ovarian failure are complicated and deficiency intermingled with excess. In clinical diagnosis and treatment,it should be analyzed comprehensively by four diagnostic methods and traced the etiology by syndrome differentiation,in order to identify the internal relationships of Zang-fu organs and focus on consolidating kidney and supplementing essence. At the same time,it is necessary dispersing the stagnated qi of liver and heart as well as strengthening spleen and nourishing blood,and in combination with methods for activating blood and removing stasis,drying dampness to resolving phlegm as well as clearing heat and calming heart,so as to treat both manifestation and root cause and improve the ovarian function.
