苍附导痰汤配合耳穴压豆治疗痰湿型排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

目的:观察苍附导痰汤联合耳穴压豆治疗痰湿型排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将痰湿型排卵障碍性不孕患者64例随机分为两组各32例。治疗组采用苍附导痰汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组给予二甲双胍治疗。两组同时配合促排卵、指导同房。观察比较两组治疗前后的BMI、HOMA-IR,计算排卵率及妊娠率。结果:治疗后两组BMI和HOMA-IR均有明显改善,治疗组BMI和HOMA-IR均低于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组的排卵率为81.25%,妊娠率为65.5%,显著高于对照组。结论:苍附导痰汤配合耳穴压豆治疗可明显改善痰湿型排卵障碍性不孕患者的BMI以及HOMA-IR,提高排卵率及妊娠率。

Efficiency observation of Cangfu Daotan decoction and ear acupoint bean pressing on ovulatory dysfunction-induced infertility of phlegm-dampness syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing on ovulatory dysfunction-induced infertility of phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods:64 cases of patients with ovulatory dysfunction-induced infertility of phlegm-dampness syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing,while the control group was treated with metformin.At the same time,ovulation induction and intercourse guidance were performed in both groups.BMI and HOMA-IR before and after treatment were observed and compared in two groups.Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were calculated.Results:After treatment,BMI and HOMA-IR of both groups were significantly improved,BMI and HOMA-IR of observation group were lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).The ovulation rate of treatment group was 81.25%,the pregnancy rate of treatment group was 65.5%,which were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion:Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing can significantly improve BMI and HOMA-IR of patients with ovulatory dysfunction-induced infertility of phlegm and dampness syndrome,and enhance the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
