止颤汤治疗帕金森病31例临床观察

将31例帕金森病患者辨证分为气血两虚型、肝肾阴虚型秽痰阻络型，以止颤汤治疗3个月，采用Webster评分法对治疗前后症状、体征进行比较。结果：显效4例，有效19例，无效8例，总有效率为74．19％。症状改善方面震颤有效率为86．67％，肢体僵硬为70．00％，便秘为72．72％，失眠为28．57％；治疗后Webster体征评分平均下降6．47分，治疗前后比较有非常显著差异（P＜0.01)。提示止颤汤治疗帕金森病具有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Zhichan Decoction(止颤汤)

cases of Parkinson's disease were differentiated into three types:deficiency of both qi and blood,deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin and stagnation of wind phlegm in the channels.All of the types were treated with Zhichan Decoction (ZD) for three months.Webster test was performed before and after the treatment according to the symptoms and signs.Results:4 cases had significant effect,19 cases effective and 8 cases had no effect.The total effective rate was 74.19%.The improvements of the symptoms were as follows:To tremor,the effective rate was 86.67%,to rigidity of limbs was 70.00%,to constipation was 72.72% and to insomnia was 28.57%.The Webster points decreased averagely 6.47 after the treatment,the difference was significant (P<0 01).This had suggested that ZD had good effect on Parkinson's disease.
