中西医结合治疗变应性．咳嗽临床观察

目的：观察固本平喘汤配合西药治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选符合变应性咳嗽诊断标准的患者75例，随机分为两组。治疗组39例，采用中药固本平喘汤口服配合西药常规治疗；对照组36例，采用西医西药常规治疗。结果：治疗组治愈20例，显效12例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率为94．87％（95％CI=82．42％～99．34％）；对照组治愈12例，显效9例，有效10例，无效5例，总有效率为86．11％（95％CI=74．75％～97．41％）；两组综合疗效比较（U=1．9964，P=0．0461），差异有显著性意义。结论：固本平喘汤配合西药常规治疗变应性咳嗽的疗效优于西医常规治疗，其收益为OR=0．34（95％CI=0．06—1．85）。NNT=11（95％CI=4．56—34．06）。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Allergic Cough

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Gu - ben Ping - chuan combined with western medicine on allergic cough. Method： 75 cases with allergic cough were divided into two groups randomly. 39 cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction of Gu - ben Ping - chuan combined with western medicine, and the other 36 ones in control group were done with western medicine only. Result： In treatment group, 20 cases were recovered, 12 ones excellent, 5 ones effective, and 2 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.87% （95% CI = 82.42% -99.34% ）. In control group 12 cases were recovered, 9 ones excellent, 10 ones effective, and 5 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.11% （95% CI =74.75% -97.41% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on the curative effect （ u = 1. 9964, P = 0. 0461 ）. Conclusion ： Decoction of Gu - ben Ping - chuan combined with western medicine has good and reliable effect on allergic cough. It is better than only western medicine, OR = 0.34 （95 % CI = 0.06 - 1.85 ）, NNT = 11, （95 % CI = 4.56 - 34.06）.
