丁桂儿脐贴治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的实验研究

目的：研究丁桂儿脐贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的药效学作用。方法：观察药物对催产素诱发大鼠痛经模型的影响；药物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩的影响及时催产素所致大鼠离体子宫剧烈收缩的影响；药物对寒凝血瘀型大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。结果：丁桂儿脐贴能明显减少痛经模型大鼠30min内扭体次数，延长扭体潜伏期；能强烈对抗大鼠离体子宫平滑肌正常收缩和催产素所致离体子宫剧烈收缩；与模型组相比，明显降低大鼠的红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数和全血黏度（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论：中药丁桂儿脐贴能明显抑制大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩从而缓解动物实验性痛经，具有一定的镇痛作用，并能够有效改善湿寒所致的寒凝血瘀症状，可用于临床治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经。

Experimental Study of Ding-Gui-Er Umbilical Paste on Essential Dysmenorrheal Belonging to Type of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

Objective ： To study the pharmacodynamic action of Ding-Gui-Er Umbilical Paste on essential dys- menorrhea belonging to type of cold coagulation and blood stasis. Method ： Observe the effect of medicine on me- nalgia model of rat induced by alpha hypophamine, the effect on smooth muscle contraction of uterus ex vivo, on intense contraction of uterus ex vivo induced by alpha hypophamine, and on haemorheology in rat belonging to type of cold coagulation and blood stasis. Result： Ding-Gui-Er Umbilical Paste could lessen rats＂ stretching times within 30 minutes markedly, and prolong incubative stage of stretching. It could antagonize intensively smooth muscle contraction of uterus ex vivo and the contraction of uterus ex vivo induced by alpha hypophamine. Compared to con- trol group, it could decrease erythrocyte aggregation index number, erythrocyte electrophoresis index number and whole blood viscosity （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ding-Gui-Er Umbilical Paste can inhibit smooth mus- cle contraction of uterus of rats so to alleviate experimental dysmenorrheal, and has analgesic effect. It also can improve the symptoms caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis, and can treat essential dysmenorrheal belong- ing to type of cold coagulation and blood stasis in clinic.
