吴鞠通络病病机学术思想研究

络病是以络脉的功能及结构失常为主要病机的一类疾病。吴鞠通在所著《温病条辨》和《吴鞠通医案》中对络病病机多有论述。分析有关条文，可以看出吴氏判断络病病机，以辨别虚实为首务，实者如络中气滞、热搏络中、络脉瘀阻、寒湿滞络、络脉损伤、络脉痰阻、络中蕴毒；虚者有阴虚失濡、血虚失荣、气虚不充、阳虚不振。在一定条件下，络病病机还可出现不同病邪之间的转化与虚实转化。

Research on WU Ju-tong' s Academic Thought of Pathogenesis

Collaterals disease is a sort of disease in which the function and structure of collaterals are not nor- mal and this is the main pathogenesis of it. ＇ Wenbing Tiaobian＇ and ＇ WU Ju - tong＇ s Medical Record＇ written by WU Ju - tong expounded the pathogenesis of collaterals disease. Analyzing the clauses, we found that discern- ing syndrome of asthenia and sthenia was the most important when WU decided the pathogenesis of a kind of collat- erals disease. Sthenia syndrome was such as qi stagnation in collaterals, heat fighting in collaterals, stasis blocking collaterals, coldness and dampness staying in collaterals, collaterals injured, phlegm stopping in collaterals, and toxin collected in collaterals. Asthenia syndrome was such as yin asthenia, blood deficiency, qi deficiency, and yang asthenia. To some extent, lots of pathogenesis of collaterals disease could transform in different pathogenic factors one another or transform between asthenia and sthenia.
