中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘32例

目的：观察金水六君煎合三拗汤中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法：64例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为两组各32例.对照组予氨茶碱、酮替芬口服.治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以金水六君煎合三拗汤加味方,2周为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效.结果：治疗组临床治愈13例,显效10例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率90.6%（95%CI=75.0%～98.1%）;对照组临床治愈8例,显效5例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率78.1%（95%CI=63.8%～92.4%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=2.1034,P=0.0357）,差异有显著性.结论：金水六君煎合三拗汤中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效优于单纯西医疗法,其收益为OR=0.37（但95%CI跨过1）,NNT=8（95%CI=3.3～22.2）.

Curative Effect Observation of Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Cough Variant Asthma, A Report of 32 Cases

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Metal and Water of Six Gentlemen and San- ao Decoction combined with western medicine on Cough Variant Asthma. Method ：64 cases with Cough Variant Asthma were divided into two groups randomly, 32 cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated with aminophylline and ketotifen and per os hora somni. And the ones in treatment group were done with Decoction for Metal and Water of Six Gentlemen and San - ao Decoction on the base of above treatment. Result ： In treatment group 13 cases were recovered, 10 ones excellent,6 ones effective and 3 ones ineffective. The total effec- tive rate was 90. 6% （95%CI =75.0% -98. 1% ）. In control group 8 cases were recovered,5 ones excellent,12 ones effective and 7 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 78. 1% （95% CI = 63.8% - 92. 4% ）. About comprehend curative effect, u = 2. 103 4, P = 0. 035 7, the difference was significant. Conclusion ： Decoction for Metal and Water of Six Gentlemen and San -ao Decoction combined with western medicine have better curative effect on Cough Variant Asthma than only western medicine, OR = 0. 37 （ but 95 % CI is over 1 ）, NNT = 8 （95 % CI = 3.3 -22.2）.
