扁桃体炎中医外治法应用规律研究

目的:总结扁桃体炎外治法在临床中的应用规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:通过对近10年期刊的检索,搜集2003~2013年国内有关中医治疗扁桃体炎外治法文献,进行应用规律研究。结果:治疗慢性扁桃体炎最常用的中医外治法为烙法与针刺疗法,治疗急性扁桃体炎最常用的外治法为针刺疗法。结论:慢性扁桃体炎主要治法为烙法与针刺疗法,主要穴位为扁桃体阿是穴,急性扁桃体炎多采用针刺疗法,主要穴位为少商、扁桃体阿是穴。

Study on the Application Laws of External Treatment for Tonsillitis with TCM

Objective：To summarize the application laws of external treatment for tonsillitis in clinical, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods：By searching for journals, to collect 2003-2013 domestic literatures on external therapies for tonsillitis with TCM, then to research its application laws. Results：The most commom TCM external therapies for chronic tonsillitis are cautery therapy and acupuncture therapy, and the most common TCM external therapies for acute tonsillitis are acupuncture therapy. Conclution：The main points of cautery therapy and acupuncture therapy for chronic tonsillitis are tonsils ashi point, and the main points of acupuncture treatment for acute tonsillitis are shaoshang and tonsils Ashi.
