中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的:观察四参复脉汤加味配合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组46例给予四参复脉汤加味配合西药治疗,对照组40例仅用西药治疗,疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后的疗效。结果:治疗组治愈22例,好转20例,无效4例,总有效率为91.3%;对照组治愈10例,好转21例,无效9例,总有效率为77.5%。两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效确切,明显优于单用西药治疗。

Effect Observation of Treating Viral Myocarditis with Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified sishen fumai decoction combined with western medicine for treatment of viral myoearditis. Methods： 86 patients with viral myocarditis were divided into two groups on the basis of general treament . 46 cases in the treatment group were treated with modified sishen furnai decoction with western medicine, while 40 cases in the control group only with western medicine. A course of treat- ment was eight weeks, and the effects before and after treatment were observed. Results：In treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, 4 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 91.3% ;while in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 21cases improved, 9 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 77.5%. Compared the treatment group with the control group, there was significantly difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for viral myocarditis has a significant effect, and is significantly better than alone with western medicine, and worthy of clinical further research and application
