加味六君子汤及金水宝胶囊配合西药综合治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病肺功能的影响

目的:观察加味六君子汤合金水宝胶囊配合西药治疗脾虚痰瘀、肺肾两虚型稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将100例脾虚痰瘀、肺肾两虚型COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组。对照组50例给予规范化西医综合治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上予加味六君子汤联合金水宝胶囊治疗。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,以肺功能和6 min步行距离(6MWD)为观察指标,重点检测患者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEVl)/用力肺活量(FVC)、FEVl、第1秒时间肺活量占预计值百分比(FEVl%)。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后FEVl(%)(P<0.05)、FEVl/FVC(P<0.05)、6MWD(P<0.01)参数显著提高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:加味六君子汤方加用金水宝胶囊配合西药治疗脾虚痰瘀、肺肾两虚型稳定期COPD疗效可靠,能明显改善肺功能参数。

Observation of Modified Decoction of Six Gentlemen Combined with Paecilomyces Hepiall Chen and Western Medicine on Lung Function in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD)

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Modified Paecilomyces hepiall chen and western medicine on chronic obstructive of splenic asthenia including phlegm and stasis and syndrome 100 cases with COPD were divided into two groups randomly. Decoction of Six Gentlemen combined with pulmonary diseases （COPD） with syndrome of deficiency of both the lung and kidney. Methods ： 50 cases in control group were treated with normal- ized western medicine, and the other 50 ones in treatment group were treated with Decoction of Six Gentle- men combined with Paecilomyces hepiall chen on the basis of above treatment. One course of treatment included 3 months, and after 2 courses of treatment the curative effects were observed. The observation index included lung function and 6MWD, focus on FEV1/FVC, FEV1 and FEVI%. Resuhs： FEVI%, FEV1/FVC and 6MWD in treat- ment group were improved and better than those in control group （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. O1 ） ,and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Decoction of Six Gentlemen and Paecilomyces he- piall chen combined with western medicine has good and reliable effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） with syndrome of splenic asthenia including phlegm and stasis and syndrome of deficiency of both the lung and kidney. The therapy can improve lung function remarkably.
